Barrow Carnival cancelled due to Coronavirus fears

It is with great sadness that we (HuddleHub) have decided to cancel Barrow Carnival this year.

As the event organisers, we cannot commit to spending thousands of pounds when there is a lot of uncertainty what is going to happen with the Coronavirus pandemic, especially with Boris Johnson expected to bring in social distancing measures.

This is a really hard decision that we have been forced to make.

We love the carnival and this would've been our forth year, but we feel our health and yours is more important given the current situation.

This decision also affects the Barrow Colour Run, which we are also the organisers for, we are hoping to rearrange this event for later in the year!
