Step back in time to the Edwardian era in Grange this weekend
Grange Edwardian Festival will take place on Saturday 13th July in Park Road Gardens, with a day of traditional entertainment.
This will be Grange-over-Sands 26th annual Edwardian Festival and there will be more than 40 stalls lining the paths of the gardens, with stall holders in Edwardian dress of course, and entertainment on the bandstand.
Visitors are encouraged to go along in fancy dress and there will be an Edwardian Best Dressed competition for ladies, gentlemen, couples and children. The competition will be judged in the afternoon by the Mayor and there will be cash prizes up for grabs.
A big red bus will be ferrying visitors to and from Grange Train Station. Alternatively there will be free parking on Berners Close Car Park courtesy of South Lakeland District Council.
Refreshments, including tea, coffee, ice cream and sweets will be on offer.
Admission costs £2.50 for adults and accompanied children go free.
